Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges are mostly free for our customers. In case applied, it will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The estimated delivery time is between 5-12 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Carbon Work is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all the items at the point of delivery. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to thecarbonwork@gmail.com. Once approved, we will send a replacement for you

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and cannot be canceled. Carbon Work reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests made outside the 12-hour window.
