10-Day Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 10-day replacement or return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it unused and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Replacement or Refund: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, only then a refund may be issued.

Photo Proof Required: You must provide a photo of the damaged or defective item.

No Returns for Change of Mind: Items returned because you changed your mind are not eligible.
How to Start a Return or Replacement

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a photo so we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
